Titanium production of "two cycle"

       There are two important circulating in Kroll Sunrui titanium sponge production process. These two cycles can reduce the production cost (most efficient use of magnesium chloride and reducing agent, chlorine) and reduce environmental pollution.
     (1), magnesium cycle, magnesium loop has inner loop and outer loop of the other. Without the inner loop is the molten salt electrolysis process proceeds directly to the vacuum distillation return magnesium reduction process. This can aid in the crucible or the reaction vessel with the worm to achieve blind. Outer loop refers to the vacuum distillation of magnesium and magnesium chloride molten salt electrolysis via renewable magnesium, and then return to this part of the magnesium reduction process.
     (2), chlorine cycle. Chloride molten salt electrolysis on the anode to give Cl2, Cl2 return this part of the chlorination process, to achieve closed flow loop in which the titanium chloride is called metallurgical industry.
